Week 4 inactives: QB Brian St. Pierre (3rd), SS Adrian Wilson , RB J.J. Arrington, OT Brandon Keith, WR Early Doucet, TE Jermane Tuman, DE Bertand Berry, and NT Gabe Watson.

Our View:The defense will undoubtedly miss Wilson, but the good news is that Anquan Boldin (hamstring) will start.

Cardinals inactives: QB Brian St. Pierre (3rd), RB J.J. Arrington, DB Oliver Celestin, T Brandon Keith, WR Early Doucet, TE Jerame Tuman, OLB Ali Highsmith, NT Gabe Watson.

Our View:The emergence of rookie running back Tim Hightower lands veteran J.J. Arrington on the inactive list for the third straight week. Hightower continues to represent a solid flex option in basic scoring leagues.

J.J. Arrington was inactive for the second straight game Sunday, according to the East Valley Tribune.

Our View:Arrington holds no fantasy value, and rookie Tim Hightower is the preferred handcuff for Edgerrin James. Speaking of Hightower, he scored his second touchdown of the season (from the 1-yard line) against the Dolphins.

Week 1 Inactives: QB Brian St. Pierre (3rd), RB J.J. Arrington, T Brandon Keith, DT Alan Branch, WR Early Doucet, TE Jerame Tuman, DT Gabe Watson.

Our View:No major surprises other than Arrington, who wasn't on the injury report and normally plays a key role on special teams. This inactive report cements rookie Tim Hightower's status as Edgerrin James' primary backup.

The Arizona Republic indicates that J.J. Arrington is currently working with the fourth-team offense.

Our View:He is running behind Edgerrin James, Marcell Shipp, and rookie Tim Hightower. He has not been consistent and could be in jeopardy of getting cut, especially following his arrest for drunk and disorderly conduct back in June.
June 18, 2008
J.J. Arrington was arrested on Tuesday night in Rocky Mount, N.C. and charged with disorderly conduct, WRAL.com reports. The running back was involved in a fight and was one of five people arrested. Arrington was born in Rocky Mount.

Our View:The Cardinals will likely issue a statement or two over the next few days, and we'll wait for updates before passing judgment. Who knows? Maybe Arrington and his old buddies were just reenacting some old high school plays and got a little out of hand.
